污秽闪络放电机理的研究

摘    要:从电击穿和电弧热物理两个方面对闪络机理进行了探讨,通过计算和采用先进的实验技术得到弧足和污层中的电场强度、电弧发展的最大速度以及电孤的临界闪络温度等重要的电气和热物理参数。提出了临界闪络条件的物理意义是由于污闪电弧的温度达到或接近了某种元素的全电离温度,电弧中带电粒子浓度急剧增加,在外施电压的作用下,带电粒子的扩散和迁移导致了最后的闪络。

Abstract:: This paper was aimed at elucidating the physical meaning of the critical flashover condition. Two ways, the electrical and the thermal, were adopted to investigate this problem. The electrical stresses at the arc root and the polluted layer were calculated. The max. arc velocity propagating along a pollution layer and the temperature at the critical point were measured. From the values it is proposed that the physical essence of the critical flashover condition means that the high temperature made a element contained in the partial arc completely ionize, the density of electric particles in the arc was increased, so under the applied voltage the arc can develope quickly and complete flashoyer ultimately.
