| 摘 要： | 为测定固体混合物中感兴趣成分的含量,研究基于太赫兹吸收光谱拟合的定量检测方法。以无水茶碱和乳糖一水合物组成的混合物为例,在样品组成已知的条件下,采用经典最小二乘回归建立校正模型,二者浓度预测的平均误差分别为5.39%和6.91%。当假设乳糖为未知干扰物时,采用Lorentzian线型与多项式叠加拟合吸收峰,并通过拟合得到的峰强度预测茶碱的浓度,平均误差为6.64%。结果表明,根据太赫兹光谱包含的特征信息能够对混合物中的感兴趣成分进行准确的定量分析,因而太赫兹技术在质量监控领域具有潜在的应用前景。
