实验应变模态分析原理和方法

摘    要:在复杂结构的动态设计中,应变测量和应力计算是分析结构在动载下进行强度 设计和疲劳寿命估算的关键。文章给出了预测振动应交响应的模态模型;并从这一基本 模型出发,系统阐明了应变传递函数的构成特点,测试方案以及模态参数识别的4种方 法。模态模型及各参数一经确定,便可用以计算任意载荷条件下的应交响应,应力响应 也就可以计算。

Abstract:Dynamic design of complex structures consists of strength design and fatigue life estimation. This two tasks involve the stress state of structure under dynamic loading. This paper developes a kind of strain response estimating model--strain modal model. The strain transfer function matrix is thereby derived. Considering the peculiarities of this matrix, four kinds of modal test methods and the associated parameter identification approaches are discussed. Once the modal parameters are identified, the strain response under any dynamic load can be estimated and the associated stress response can be determined as well.
