混凝土冻融过程数值模拟与分析

摘    要:为实现混凝土冻融过程数值模拟,以热力学和孔隙弹性力学为基础,在已有数值模型的基础上,发展建立了一套混凝土冻融过程的控制方程,并应用有限元软件ComsolMultiphysics对4个模型进行了模拟,预测出饱和砂浆试件受冻过程中的变形、孔隙压力及温度分布。计算值与实验值吻合较好,说明了文中提出的数值模拟方法的合理性。由计算结果可知:尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×300 mm、水灰质量比分别为0.4和0.6的试件,受冻过程中表面竖向应变最大达9.00×10-4和4.60×10-4,试件中心面处孔隙水压力最大达72 MPa和113 MPa。

Abstract:The physical processes involved in freezing and thawing of concrete were simulated in a mathematical model based on thermodynamics and pore-elastic theory.The Comsol Multiphysics finite element program was then used to predict the pore pressures,strain rates,and temperature distributions in saturated concrete specimens during freezing.Comparison of the analytical results with available experimental data illustrates the rationality of the mathematical model.The model results show that for freezing prisms(100...
