摘    要:柴油机电控系统的匹配、标定研究对电控系统的应用具有重要意义。介绍了进行柴油机电控系统标定的方法。获取了供油量和供油提前角脉谱 ,使 6 110型柴油机的性能总体上得到了改善。可变预行程泵电控系统具有结构简单 ,对原机改动小 ,实用性强的特点 ,研究表明可变预行程泵电控系统有较好的综合性能 ,应用它可为直喷式柴油机性能的改善提供潜力

Abstract:Electronic control systems must be carefully calibrated and matched to the electronic controlled engine. The fuel injection system for a diesel engine, model 6110, was matched with an electronically controlled variable pre stroke pump and the electronic control system was calibrated to match the pump. The fuel injection quantity map and fuel injection timing map were obtained for the system. Test results showed that the variable pre stroke pump electronic control system performed well. Application of the variable pre stroke pump electronic control system can improve the performance of direct injection diesel engines.
