高比转速混流式水轮机引水部件水流特性研究

摘    要:对ns=260m·kW的混流式水轮机引水部件流场测试结果作了介绍。通过在蜗壳进口、出口、导叶出口3个断面布置五孔探针进行测量,揭示水轮机引水部件内部的流动特性。结果表明:各断面流动均具有较好的轴对称性;蜗壳进口断面基本上为轴向均匀流动;蜗壳出口断面上的环量基本上为常数;导叶出口断面的环量沿导叶高度分布不均匀,由上冠至下环逐渐增大。进行了初步分析,对改进水轮机设计提出了建议。

Abstract:he measurement results of flow field on the diversion components of the Francis turbine with specific speed of 260 are reported. By means of measurements with five-hole probes distributed on three cross sections: the inlet and the outlet of volute, the outlet of wicket gate, it reveals the flow characteristics inside the diversion components of turbine. The outcome indicates that the flow characteristic on each section is fairly axial symmitric, the flow on the section of the inlet of volute is quite uniform, the rule of V.RuR=const (V.R means velocity moment) holds true on the section of the outlet of volute,and on the section of the outlet of gate, the distribution of VuR isn't uniform along the gate height,it becomes progressively larger from the crown towards the band. The initial analysis on the experimental results, and suggestion on the improvement about turbine design are given.
