| 摘 要： | 钠焰法是一种重要的高效滤料效率检测方法,发生氯化钠气溶胶的粒径分布是检测方法中重要的技术指标之一。该文采用5种粒径分布的NaCl气溶胶对3种滤料在3种滤速下进行效率测试,研究了氯化钠粒径分布对滤料效率结果的影响。实验结果表明,氯化钠气溶胶的粒径分布对于钠焰法过滤效率的最终测试结果有影响,其影响大于滤料制造本身引起的误差;使用计数中值直径(CMD)为(0.09±0.02)μm以及几何标准偏差(GSD)<1.78的氯化钠气溶胶进行滤料的钠焰法效率检测,其粒径分布将不会影响滤料等级的评价。
