开关磁阻电机滑模变结构控制与仿真

摘    要:在利用有限元法计算开关磁阻电机磁通、转矩的基础上,根据其特点,提出了开关磁阻电机的滑模变结构控制,并给出了变结构控制的开关函数和控制框图。通过仿真详细地研究了开关磁阻电机的PI调节器控制、滑模变结构控制的静态和动态的各种特性,并进行了对比。结果表明:开关磁阻电机的滑模变结构控制方法简单,有很好的低速性能、很强的鲁棒性,并有助于降低转速的波动和系统噪音,其控制效果远远优于传统的PI控制器。

Abstract:On the base of finite element solution for magnetic field and torque calculations, a variable structure control(VSC) of a switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive is presented according to the features of an SRM. After the switching function and the VSC system scheme of the SRM are given to execute the current and speed limitations, the effectiveness of VSC of an SRM drive is researched, and compared with that of a conventional PI regulator control. The simulation result shows that the VSC reduces obviously torque and speed ripples, improves lower speed performance in the SRM drive. The distinct improvement on insensitivity in parameter variations and disturbances, and on compensating for the nonlinear torque characteristics, is made in the meantime.
