紫外光固化涂料的研究现状

摘    要:紫外光固化涂料是一种新型的绿色涂料 ,近几年发展迅速。文中从紫外光固化技术的原理出发 ,概述了国内外研究进展。介绍了光固化涂料的各个组成部分及其发展情况 ,分析其性能和结构的关系 ,提出了既要开展理论研究又要重视应用研究的新思路。在展望了紫外光固化涂料发展前景的同时 ,指出紫外光固化水性涂料和紫外光固化粉末涂料是其发展的两大趋势

Abstract:The UV curing coating is a newly developed green chemical product. This article introduces the principle of the UV curing coatings (UVCC) and reviews the development of UVCC. Every composition of UVCC was presented along with the development. The ralation ship between the performance and the structure was discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of UVCC were indicated. A new development idea based on theoretical and practical research has been proposed. It is intended that UV curing water coatings and UV curing powder coatings are the two development directions of the UV curing coatings.
