摘    要:实现铁路车辆滚动轴承状态的不解体检测,对减少维修费用、降低维修和检测工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率、避免意外损失和保证铁路运输的安全至关重要。本文采用小波分析方法对铁路客车滚动轴承振动加速度信号进行处理,提出了新的诊断方法,并通过实验证明了该方法的有效性。论述了小波变换能量的等价性,实验处理结果验证了“不同的故障会激起不同频率的谐振”。本文所提出的方法不仅适用于铁路轴承,也可用于其他轴承的诊断。

Abstract:Fault detecting of train roller bearing is very important for the safty of railway transportation. A new diagnosis method of rolling element bearing on railway rolling stock wheel axle is proposed and tested. The result of on-the-spot experiment at Liuzhou Railway Bureau demonstrates that the new diagnosis method can strictly and exactly distinguish between bearings in normal condition and bearings in damage condition. This diagnosis method can be used in bearing condition monitoring, and can also be applicable to other kinds of rolling element bearings used in different working environments.
