摘    要:为减少铅污染废物对环境和人体健康的影响,研究经济快速高效且对pH适应能力强的Pb2 稳定化方法。考察了3种磷酸盐CaHPO4、Ca(H2PO4)2、Na3PO4对水溶液中Pb2 的稳定化效果,比较了反应时间和初始Pb2 浓度变化对稳定化效果的影响,并采用Visual Minteq软件对反应进行模拟。结果表明:这3种磷酸盐均可通过生成沉淀的方式迅速完成Pb2 的稳定化,溶液中Pb2 去除率分别达96.9%、97.5%和100%。3种磷酸盐对Pb2 稳定化效率随着初始Pb2 浓度增加而升高,且Na3PO4处理效果最优。溶液pH升高有利于Pb2 的磷酸盐稳定化。

Abstract:The immobilization of aqueous Pb2 by three phosphates,CaHPO4,Ca(H2PO4)2 and Na3PO4,was studied to reduce the impact of lead contamination on the environment and public health.The objective was to find a highly economical Pb2 immobilization method that was effective over a wide pH range.The studies evaluated the effects of reaction time and initial Pb2 concentration.The Visual Minteq code was used to model the reactions.The results show that the immobilization of Pb2 by CaHPO4,Ca(H2PO4)2,and Na3PO4 were all completed rapidly by precipitation,with removal rates of 96.9%,97.5%,and 100% of the total Pb2 .The immobilization efficiency increases with increasing initial Pb2 concentration and increasing pH.Na3PO4 was the most effective phosphate.
