面向协同设计的产品结构与配置管理系统

为了适应动态联盟企业开展网络化协同设计的进一步需要,构建了面向协同设计的产品结构与配置管理系统(CPSCM)的四层体系结构,实现了产品结构维护、版本管理、产品配置管理、物资清单(BOM)多视图管理、产品数据共享接口等系统功能,解决了产品结构与配置管理对象模型的构建、产品配置管理中的组合配置方法、基于XML的异构产品数据集成等关键技术。CPSCM系统能屏蔽异地、异构环境,实现异构产品数据的共享机制;实现了组合配置功能,使用户能更加灵活地进行远程产品配置;采用了四层browser/server(B/S)体系结构,使系统具有良好的开放性、可扩展性和可维护性。

Product structure and configuration management system for collaborative design

Net-based collaborative design in virtual enterprises can be facilitated by a four-tier system architecture of a product structure and configuration management system for collaborative design. The system functions include product structure maintenance, version management, product configuration management, BOM (bill of material) multi-view management, and product data sharing. The key techniques include the construction of object models for the product structure management and product configuration management, hybrid configuration of the product configuration management, and sharing and integration of heterogeneous product data based on XML. The system supports the sharing of heterogeneous product data through masking various heterogeneous environments. The hybrid configuration function enables users to flexibly configurate products. The system also has good openness, expansibility, and maintainability because of the four-tier browser/server system architecture.
