摘    要:为实现燃煤烟气同时脱硫脱硝实验中含水条件下NO、SO2、NH3、NO2和N2O五种污染气体的同时在线测量,建立了FTIR定量分析方法.各组分气体的标定范围涵盖了实验室规模烟气脱硫脱硝实验中所用到的典型浓度.使用一系列已知浓度的混合气体对定量方法的性能进行了验证,并对测量误差进行了讨论.结果表明:选取合适的采样和定量方法参数,可以实现上述5种气体在含水条件下的同时在线高精度测量,在无H2O条件下,单组分测量结果误差为士2%;在5%H2O条件下,NO测量精度仍不降低;在5%H2O和14%CO2共存条件下,NO、SO2和NH3同时测量结果误差分别为±2%、±3%和±3%.

Abstract:An on-line quantitative analysis method was developed using FTIR to simultaneously measure NO,SO2,NH3,NO2 and N2O in wet gas mixtures for simultaneous SO2 and NOx control experiments.The calibrated range for each component covers the typical concentration ranges commonly observed in laboratory-scale flue gas desulfurization and denitrification analyses.Experimental results show that accurate concentrations of NO,SO2,NH3,NO2 and N2O in wet gas mixtures can be simultaneously measured on-line by appropriately ...
