摘    要:为提高自由曲面型面加工精度 ,提出了在计算机控制光学表面成型工艺中基于压力控制的抛光修正方法。该方法将压力的控制转化为模具对工件压量的控制 ,而它又可以通过改变模具走刀路径来实现。当误差较大时 ,采用分级修正的方法。实验结果表明 ,该方法能使型面误差有效收敛

Abstract:A method is developed for correcting the accuracy of non rotating and aspherical lens by controlling the pressure of the polishing die during computer controlled optical surfacing (CCOS). Since the polishing die is elastic, the elastic force greater when the die is closer to the lens. Changing the moving trace of the model changes the elastic force. If the error is too large, the correction curve will distort too much, and the error should be divided into several parts. A flow process chart is presented to calculate the correction coordinate. Experiment results show that this method effectively corrects the accuracy.
