ARM嵌入式系统在GIS在线监测中的应用

摘    要:为满足IEC61850标准对变电站自动化系统及智能设备提出的互操作性、实时性和稳定性要求,将32b处理器ARM(advancedRISCmachine)及嵌入式操作系统uClinux引入封闭式组合电器(GIS)的在线监测领域。根据GIS在线监测的需要,设计了以太网通信和CAN(controllerareanet-work)总线通信的硬件电路及软件。应用测试结果表明:基于ARM和uClinux中TCP/IP协议栈的以太网通信,可以实现GIS在线监测系统的互操作性,并保证在通信功能上的长期稳定性;以ARM为核心的嵌入式系统硬件,可以保证监测装置的稳定性、实时性和可扩充性。故基于ARM和uClinux的GIS在线监测系统可以满足IEC61850标准对互操作性、稳定性和实时性的要求。

Abstract:A 32-bit microcontroller advanced RISC machine (ARM) with the embedded operating system uClinux was used for an on-line monitoring system for gas insulated switchgear (GIS) to meet the IEC61850 standard for automatic power station operation. The hardware and software were designed for the on-line GIS monitoring system which used the Ethernet and CAN (controller area network) for communication. The network based on the ARM and the TCP/IP stack of uClinux provides the on-line GIS mornitoring system with stable communications and interchangeability. The ARM kernel in the embedded system provides a stable on-line monitoring system with real-time processing capability and extendability. Therefore, the on-line GIS monitoring system based on the microcontroller ARM and the embedded uClinux operating system effectively meets the requirements of the IEC61850 standard.
