Co基合金涂层抗接触疲劳性能及其微观机理的研究

摘    要:为了探索Co基合金涂层应用于在润滑条件下工作的滚滑接触摩擦付的可能性,对于几种 Co基合金涂层的抗接触疲劳性能进行了试验。试验结果表明:在所研究的 Co基合金涂层中,含有最低碳量的Co-1合金涂层有最好的抗接触疲劳性能,根据应力分析和应用透射电子显微镜进行微观结构的观察,对Co基合金涂层抗接触疲劳的机理进行了分析和讨论,而且用试验结果推算了估计疲劳寿命和 Co基合金涂层深度的公式。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the possibility of applying cobalt alloy coating to the sliding-rolling contact friction pair under fluid lubrication condition, some experiments on the contact fatigue resistence were conducted for several kinds of cobalt alloy coatings. The test results show that among the cobalt alloy coatings investigated, Co-1 with lowest carbon content is the best. The mechanism for the contact fatigue resistance coatings were analysed and discussed based on stress analysis and micro-structure observation by using TEM. An empirical formula for estimating fatigue life and the depth of alloy coating is derived from the experimental results.
