摘    要:CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的关键是建立统一的产品信息模型。STEP标准提供了产品生命周期的数据表示与交换机制。该文根据AP214中对特征信息的规定所建系统,针对应用的需求及实现的复杂性,建立特征的应用解释模型,形成本系统的应用协议(AP)。该应用协议是ISO-10303AP214的子集,通过ST-Developer的EXPRESS语言编译器生成数据字典,CAD系统根据应用协议生成面向加工的零件特征模型;CAPP采用派生式生成工艺规程;CAM根据CAD提供的特征模型和工艺规程生成刀位文件;CAM-POST根据刀位文件生成NC代码。CAD,CAPP,CAM均由系统开发的API/SDAI进行前/后处理,并通过ST-Devel-oper实现产品数据的交换与共享,达到CAD/CAPP/CAM集成。

Abstract:The key of CAD/CAPP/CAM integration is to establish a consistent product information model. The standard for the exchange of product model data (STEP) provides a mechanism to present and exchange data in the life cycle of a product. According to the definition of feature information in ISO 10303 part 214, the present system established an application interpret model (AIM) and formed the application protocol to meet the requirement of application requirement and implementation complexity. The AP is a subset of AP214. Compliant with AP and the data dictionary generated from EXPRESS compiler of ST Developer, CAD system forms the manufacturing oriented product feature model; CAPP adopts variant to generate process plan; from the feature model provided by CAD and process plan by CAD, CAM generates cutter location; CAM POST generates NC code by the cutter location. All the data sharing and exchange are achieved by the API/SDAI of the system and by means of ST Developer.
