圆盘间的电流变液挤压流

摘    要:广义的Bingham模型通常用来描述电流变液的本构特性,但在挤压流中会导致屈服面佯谬的产生,从而得到非物理的结果。为解决这一问题,本文基于广义的双粘度模型建立了电场强度对圆盘间挤压流影响的理论分析方法。研究结果表明:由于电流变液的屈服应力随外加电场而变化,圆盘间挤压流中屈服面的位置会随着电场强度的增加而向盘面靠近,屈服区变小,电流变液对圆盘的作用力增大。

Abstract:Generalized Bingham model is used to describe the constitutive characteristics of electrorehological fluids except for squeezing flow because of yield surface paradox. This paper described the constitutive characteristics of electrorehological fluids using a generalized bi viscosity model. Based on the governing equations of fluid mechanics the theoretical analysis of the effect of electric field on squeezing flow was presented. The expression of velocity profile in squeezing flow was derived. The numerical results show that with the increase of electric field the yield surface gets close to the circular plate, and the force on plates goes up rapidly.
