基于可编程控制器的变电站自动监测系统

为提高１０ｋＶ供电网络的安全可靠性，提出了变电站自动监测系统的新方案。该系统由一个主站和若干子站构成，主站与子站之间以同轴以太网互联，通过网络动态数据交换实现信息共享。该系统的突出特点是现场数据采集和设备控制由可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）实现，通过ＲＳ－２３２串行协议与各主控微机通讯。操作系统选用ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＮＴ４．０（中文版），开发工具选用可视化程序设计语言ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ５．０及ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＡＰＩ函数库。系统软件具有友好的图形用户界面，实现了数据动态显示、事故自动报警、定时报表打印、在线信息查询、安全权限检查等多项功能。

Automatic substation monitoring system based on PLC

In order to improve the safety and reliability of 10kV power networks, the paper presents a new way to build automatic substation monitoring system. The system consists of one mainstation and some substations, which are connected by 10BASE5 Ethernet and share information bynetwork dynamic data exchange (Network DDE). The special characteristics of the monitoring system is the introduction of programmable logical controller (PLC) to field data collecting and equipment controlling. The communication protocol between microcomputer and PLC is RS 232. Windows NT 4.0 (Chinese Version) is used as the operating system and Visual Basic 5.0, a new and powerful software developing tool, is used to develop the system software with the aid of Windows API functions. The system software has a friendly graphic user interface, in which many functions such as dynamic data display, automatic accidents alarm, timed report print, on line information query and safe authority check are successfully implemented.
