摘    要:针对薄板状材料,提出了一种利用复合板共振频率测量未知材料的弹性模量和Poisson比的新方法。首先推导出复合薄板的弯曲共振频率理论公式和径向共振频率理论公式。然后对弹性模量和Poisson比已知的黄铜片进行实验,测量铜片与压电陶瓷构成的复合薄板的共振频率。利用径向共振频率公式计算得到,黄铜的弹性模量为105.6GPa,偏离已知弹性模量1.5%,从而验证了该理论公式的可靠性。

Abstract:An experimental method was developed to measure modulus of elasticity and the Poisson ratio for unknown plate-shaped materials that uses the resonant frequencies of the composite plate. Theoretical expressions for the resonant frequencies were deduced for both the bending modes and the radial vibration modes of the composite plate. Experiments on a brass plate, whose modulus of elasticity and Poisson ratio were already known, were used to measure the resonance frequencies of a composite brass and piezoelectric ceramic plate. The resonant frequency for the radial vibration modes shows that the modulus of elasticity of brass is 105.6 GPa which differs from the standard value by 1.5%, which verifies the validity of the results.
