摘    要:在工业生产、安全防护等领域当中,研究在高温环境中人员与环境间的相互影响具有重要的意义。使用可以模拟人体发热、发汗的暖体假人,可开展人体与环境之间热湿交换模拟研究,以及开展高温环境服装防护性能测试。该文建立了一个基于20分区发汗暖体假人设备的多分区多层传热数值模型,通过实验等方式确定各分区的各项热物理参数,建立热平衡方程组,实现对假人在给定环境中的温度变化以及与服装相互作用的过程。将模型计算结果与实验测试数据对比验证其有效性,在常温和高温范围内的一致性良好。此数值模型可以作为开展高温环境中假人实验的前期计算工具,实现对温度变化和服装性能的快速预测。

Abstract:Studies of the heat transfer between a human body and a hot environment are important in many industrial and safety protection areas.Thermal manikins with heating and sweating functions have been used to simulate the heat and moisture transfer between the body and the environment to test protective garments.This paper describes a numerical bioheat model based on a 20 zone thermal manikin.The model includes thermal balance equations and physical parameters derived from experimental results to accurately predict the temperature variations in the manikin in various environments.The computed results compare well with experimental data for normal and high temperature conditions.Thus,the model can be used to analyze the heat and mass transfer of manikins and clothes in hot environments before actual tests.
