发电机机座隔振系数的测试研究

摘    要:笼形机座隔振系统是大功率发电机定子机座隔振系统的一种新型结构。对ASTHOM330MW发电机笼形隔振系统进行了实验研究和分析。给出了这种机座隔振系数的定义以及隔振系数、机座振动形态的测试和结果,并介绍了试验用激振器的研制和使用。本研究对发电机定子的隔振研究和设计具有实际意义。

Abstract:The cage vibration isolation system of frame is a new structure of the vibration isolation system of high-power turbogenerator's stator base. Therefore, the test and research were done to ASTHOM 330 MW cage vibration isolation of frame. In this paper, a definition of the vibration isolation factor was given. The measurement and the result of the vibration isolation factor and the vibration shape of the base were described, as well as the development and the use of the special vibration excitor. This research has an important significance for the vibration isolation design of the high-power turbogenerator's stator.
