摘    要:为解决当前配电网接地故障分支定位中算法实现困难,硬件实现成本投入太高的问题,在PSCAD/EM TDC仿真数据的基础上,对配电网接地位置改变与测量端信号变化的关系进行了分析与对比,提出了一种新的分支识别方法。在构造配电网系统传递函数的基础上,获得其分形维数和自相似度,通过分析不同接地故障情况下分形维数及自相似度变化的规律,提出了基于分形维数与自相似度的分支分析方法。通过对不同的接地位置及不同接地电阻的故障的分形维数及自相似度的分析对比,利用其X-Y平面图能够对故障分支进行识别。仿真结果表明,基于分形维数和自相似度的分支识别方法是有效的,而且具有很好的抗干扰性。

Abstract:Feeders having faults in power distribution networks are difficult to locate with existing algorithms and more equipment to monitor all the feeders is expensive.A feeder fault detection method presented in this paper is based on simulation data from PSCAD/EMTDC.A new fault locating criterion is deduced from analysis of the relationships between fault positions and signals from fault based on the fractal dimension and the self-similarity of the power distribution lines' transfer functions.Both the fractal dimension and the self-similarity change with different positions of the faults;therefore,the fault feeder can be located from the fractal dimension of the signal.Simulations show that the method is effective with good anti-interference ability.
