电场下电流变液静态以及流动和剪切状态的结构

摘    要:为深入了解电流变液的粘度和剪切屈服应力等宏观力学性能与其微观结构的关系,对不同高压电场作用下电流变液的成链过程,成链后的流动、屈服状态以及受剪切时链结构的变化进行了微观结构观测。结果表明:改变电场和运动状态等外部条件,电流变液的微观链结构会发生相应变化,从而影响其力学性能;电流变液的链结构主要在极板附近发生屈服和滑移;单链在剪切作用下会形成带状离散结构。

Abstract:Electrorheological fluid (ER) microstructures were observed during chain forming, flow and yield after chain forming, and structural changes during shearing with various high voltages to investigate the relationship between the ER microstructure and the ER macro-mechanical properties, such as the viscosity and the shear yield stress. The results show that the ER micro-chain structure changes with changing electric fields and motion states, which affects the mechanical properties. The results also show that the ER micro-chain structure slips and yields mainly around the plate electrode, and that single chains form discrete zonal structures during shearing.
