摘    要:为了考察热效应对动载轴承润滑性能的影响,建立了动载轴承热流体动力润滑分析的数学模型,联立求解了广义雷诺方程、能量方程、固体热传导方程以及载荷平衡方程,得出了动载轴承的油膜压力分布、油膜温度场分布、轴心轨迹、流量和功耗。在求解过程中针对油膜和轴瓦温度场的时变性的不同,提出对它们分别进行非稳态和准稳态数值求解的方法。另外还采用了不同的温度边界条件进行计算。结果表明:在动载荷作用下,轴承的油膜压力、温度场、轴心轨迹、流量和功耗也随时间作相应的变化,不同的温度边界条件对计算结果有着显著的影响

Abstract:A numerical model on the thermohydrodynamic analysis of the dynamically loaded journal bearing was built in order to study the thermal effect on the lubricating performance. The simultaneous solution of the generalized Reynolds equation, energy equation, heat transfer equation and force equilibrium equation were involved, and the oil film pressure and temperature field, journal orbit, oil flow and power loss were obtained. Considering the difference of time scales for thermal transients in the oil film and bushing, the transient and quasi steady methods were put forward. Furthermore, the different results were obtained by using different temperature boundary conditions. The results show that the oil film pressure, journal orbit, oil flow, and power loss vary considerably under the transient load and the different temperature boundary conditions have a strong influence on the results.
