法罗培南钠片含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:目的建立法罗培南钠片含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent-150 mm XDB-C18 5μm;流动相:乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液,用10 mol/L NaOH溶液调pH值至6.0)(10∶90);柱温:30℃;检测波长为256 nm;流速:1 ml/min;进样量:20μl。结果法罗培南钠在0.10~0.99 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,A=2.4127E+07C-20998;相关系数r=0.9999。重复性、精密度及耐用性良好,定量限为3.58μg/ml。结论本方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可以更好的控制产品质量。

Abstract:Object An HPLC method was established for the identification of the assay in sodium faropenem.HPLC separation was carried out on Agilent ODS-3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a mobile phase:acetonitrile--phosphate buffer(20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution,with 10 mol/L NaOH solution adjusted to pH 6.0)(10:90);detection wavelength was 256 nm and flow rate was 1 ml/minsinjection volume was 20 μl.Results there is a good linear relationship in 0.10--0.99 mg/ml,A=2.4127E+07C-- 20998,r=0.9999 trepeatability,precision,and durability is good,the limit of quantification was 3.58 μ g/ml. Conclusion The estab- lished method is effective in the separation and identification of the related substances in faropenem sodium and the results are useful for its quality control.
