切线法数控加工中PVT算法的研究

摘    要:该文针对自主研发的"切线法数控成型非球面机床"能够达到设计加工精度,结合强大的能够处理复杂多轴联动并进行插补运算的PMAC运动控制器,提出了在以PMAC自身拥有PVT插补模式为基础上的改进PVT算法,并给出PVT算法的数学模型。通过将改进PVT算法用Matlab语言表述并进行仿真和将其运用到自主研发机床中,结果表明:改进PVT算法有效避免速度不单调导致加工精度降低的问题。

Abstract:The paper analyses the Independently developed tangent method CNC forming machine aspheric can meet the design processing precision,Combined with powerful,capable of handling complex multi-axis interpolation operation PMAC motion controller,Proposed a PVT improved algorithm,Based on the PMAC itself has PVT interpolation mode,And gives the mathematical model of the PVT algorithm.The improved PVT algorithm expressed by Matlab language,the simulation and applying it to independent research tool.The results show:Improved PVT algorithm can effectively avoid speed does not monotonic result in reduced machining accuracy problem.
