核级调节控制在出口核电项目中的实现

核电站控制室系统需要提供安全级(1E级)控制手段以维持电厂的安全运行。在ACP1000等国产化三代核电的出口项目中,由于受到出口禁运的限制,无法使用国外供货商的设备来实现相关设计。因此,需要以国内现有供货商的产品为基础,开发对应的核级控制功能实现方案。本文基于ACP1000机组的调节控制功能需求,以及国内核级仪控产品的规格和性能,给出了核级调节控制功能的国产化实现方案。该方案将数字化控制手段与常规后备控制手段结合在一起,并实现了各种控制手段和模式之间的无扰切换。对于该方案,本文以ACP1000机组的汽机旁路系统大气排放阀的控制为例,实现了该设备在主控制室和远程停堆站的控制功能,并结合设备规格分析了该方案的性能。通过实例及其性能分析可以看出,本文提出的设计方案满足控制室系统的功能需求,并针对工艺系统的特殊控制要求具有良好的适用性,为国产化三代核电技术的出口提供了技术保障。

Implementation of Safety Related Modulating Control in Export Nuclear Power Plant

The control room system provides safety related（class 1E）control means to maintain the safety operation of the nuclear power plant.In the export project of ACF1000 and other 3rd generation nuclear power plants,safety related equipment from foreign supplier are not available due to embargo on nuclear related equipment. Therefore related design should be based on native product. This paperproposes a design implementation of safety related modulating control function based on the function requirement of ACP1000 nuclear power plant and the specification of native equipment. It containscontrol means from digital control system and uses traditional control device as back up.The transfers between each control means and modes are bumpless in this design.This design is implemented and evaluated using the modulating control of TSA valve in ACP1000 project as example,which has multiple control means in main control room and remote control station.From the performance of this example,this design can meet the function requirement of control room system. It also provides sufficient feasibility for specific control requirement of cerfain system or device.This design supports the export of 3rd generation nuclear power plant from technical aspect.
