| 摘 要： | 员工培训的重要性已愈来愈被人们所认识,培训是一种投资,而投资收益的好坏很大程度上将取决于投资前的投资分析,即培训需求分析.本文对员工培训的重要性,目的及意义做了详细阐述,并提出为了建立建全完善的科学的员工培训体系,员工需求分析及评估分析的重要性.本文分六部分分别阐述并提出了一些观点及建议.

| Abstract: | the importance of staff training has increasingly been recognized,training is a kind of investment,and investment income is good or bad depends largely on the pro investment investment analysis,namely the training needs analysis.in this paper,the importance of staff training,elaborates the purpose and slgnificance,and puts forward to set up and perfect scientific system of staff training,the importance of employee demand analysis and evaluation anatysis.This paper is divided into six parts are expounded and put forward some viewpoints and suggestions. |
