摘    要:摘要;在自动化生产线中,为提高生产效率。通常采用机械手代替手工操作.在生产过程中机械手需不停更换工作位置,以实现对工件的安装。针对机械手的工位转换装置进行设计,采用曲柄摇杆机构带动齿轮旋转,可实现机械手在两特定工位处的转换。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to improve the production efficiency, we often using manipulator instead of manual operation in the automated production lines. In the production process the manipulator need to change working position frequently to realize installation. Aiming at the dcsign of manipulator station adjusting dcvice,adapt in crank rocker mcchanism to drivc thc gcar rotation, Realize station transportation betwccn two manipulators.
