腾讯社交化电子商务发展的对策研究

摘    要:膺讯拥有庞大的用户群,最大的社交同站和腾讯朋友同等社交网络,为腾讯企业与消费者间创造了良好沟通平台,积极促进了腾讯拍拍,QQ商城、移动电商等电商业务的发展。应将腾讯的电子商务业务与其社交网络相结合,发展腾讯社交化电子商务,实现企业与消费者之间的深度互动,创新其盈利模式获得收益,并极大地降低交易成本。

Abstract:Tencent has a huge user base,the biggest social networking sites and social networks like Tencent network of friends,and all these create a good communication platform,and promote the development of Pat?tencent,QQ Mall,mobile e--commerce and other E--commerce business actively between businesses and consumers. E--commerce business of Tencent should be combined with their social networks. Developing Tencent social e--commerce,deepen the depth of interaction between businesses and consumers,innovative the profit model to gain profits,and greatly reduce the costs of transaction.
