摘    要:为进一步研究自激式水幕除尘器的性能,对ZSL80A自激式水幕除尘器做了进一步的研究试验。试验得出ZSL80A自激式水幕除尘器最大单位过风能力曲线,推论出曲线与坐标轴所围成阴影部分即为除尘器正常工作所有工作点,为风机的选取提供理论依据;同时由除尘器最大单位过风能力曲线得出除尘器压损与单位过风量成反比例关系。实验得出溢流口高度与单位过风量、压损关系图,推论出压损相同,溢流口高度H越高本除尘器单位过风量越小;单位风量相同,溢流口高度H越高本除尘器压损越高。

Abstract:In order to study the self-excited water curtain dust collector further, we done research experiments.The experiments showed the largest unit capacity of wind of ZSLSOA Self--excited water curtain dust collector,released all operating points of ZSLSOA Self- excited water curtain dust collector and the relationship between the height of the overflow port.Inferred when the same pressure loss, the higher of the overflow port the smaller of the amount of wind,when the same unit air volume,the higher of the overflow port the higher of the pressure loss.
