热反射耐热涂层在橡胶零件上的应用研究

摘    要:热氧老化是橡胶最常见的失效原因之一,降低橡胶的环境温度,能提高橡胶的使用寿命。热反射耐热涂层有极好的辐射热反射性能,能有效的降低热辐射对橡胶的影响,从而降低橡胶的内部温度,另外热反射涂层还能提高橡胶的高温耐疲劳性能、耐臭氧性能等。汽车发动机排气系统中,排气管持续的辐射热,使周围环境温度较高,开展热反射涂层的应用研究,对高温环境下的橡胶应用,有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:Ileal oxygen aging was one of the most important reasons for the failure of rubber parts,reducing the temperature,could improve the duration of rubber. With the performance of heat reflecting,heat reflective coating could reduce the interior temperature of rubber,the fatigue performance and ozone resistance also could be improved by the coating. In the exhaust system of engine, temperature became high by too much radiant heat. So it was very important to research the application of heat reflective coating on the surface of rubber.
