一种特殊结构永磁摆动电机的设计

摘    要:研究了一种用于主动防护、光学成像等系统的一种永磁摆动电机的设计方法,其特点是永磁体切向充磁。以经典磁路计算方法,推导计算了反电势、力矩、电枢电感等电机特有参数。仿真结果表明在电机工作摆动范围内反电势与力矩波形均为平顶波,并得出了各参数的运算公式。用Maxwell2D软件进行有限元建模仿真分析,验证了各项磁路计算公式。该摆动电机功率密度较高,可靠性高,控制方式简单。

Abstract:In order to apply to scan drive system,a permanent magnet(PM)swingangle torque motor and its design method was studied. Throughthe classic magnet circuit calculation,the motor's parameter formulas were deduced,which included the back electromotive force(back--EMF),electromagnetic torque and armature inductance.These formulas reveals the electromagnetic torque's proportional correlation with winding current,the back--EMF's flat--topped feature and its proportional correlation with rotation speed. And the formulas also shows the affect of physical dimensions and material properties to the above--mentioned parameters. By using the maxwell2D software's finite element model,simulation analysis verified the formulas' validity. The motor has high power density, high reliability and simple control strategy.
