CFD技术在旋风分离器内部流场中应用的可靠性分析

摘    要:简要介绍了CFD技术,并利用CFD技术对旋风分离器进行数值研究,探讨了适用于旋风分离器的计算模型,包括湍流模型的选择、多项流模型的选取以及内部空气柱的分析方法。以锥形分离器为例进行数值计算和模拟,获得了旋风分离器中内部流场的静压云图、速度云图和速度矢量图,并用模拟结果与实际情况作为参照,得出可信性分析,这在以后对于旋风分离器的优化设计及性能分析有着重要的指导意义。

Abstract:CFD technology was introduced briefly,with which numerical research was carried on. Computational models for Hydrocyclone were discussed,including the choice of turbulence model,multiphase flow model and calculation method for air column. Numerical simulation for taper hydrocyclone was taken as an example.Static pressure cloud chart,velocity cloud chart and vectorgraph of hydroclone internal flow field were achieved. Comparison between the simulation results and practice was made to prove the reliability with the directive significance to hydrocyclone optimization design and performance analysis.
