| Abstract: | By applying AHP ,we changed the qualitative analysis of editor's quality in learning periodical into the quantitative analysis,and established its mathematical mode.Therefore,this may escape artificial factor affectiom on appraisement of editor's quality,and be favourable to make scientific appraisement about editor's quality in learning periodical. |
