有效微生物群固定化的初步研究

摘    要:采用聚乙烯醇作为有效微生物群固定化载体,海藻酸钠为成型助剂,通过聚乙烯醇-硼酸交联法制备固定化细胞,并探讨了固定化有效微生物群的特性.结果表明聚乙烯醇是有效微生物群固定化的良好载体,聚乙烯醇-硼酸交联法制备的固定化细胞呈球状,大小均匀,具有较好的脱氮生物活性、较好的机械稳定性和抗溶剂酸碱度.

Abstract:Effective Microorganisms(EM) was immobilized in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium alginate by a PVA-boric acid method and the character of immobilized EM is discussed.The results show that the PVA matrix investigated in this study was found to be a suitable material for EM immobilization,spherical beads of uniform size were produced and these immobilized cells have an ideal biological denitrification activity as well as mechanical and pH stability.
