摘    要:利用微波消解法前处理样品,在pH=11.39的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,在阳离子表面活性剂TPB的存在下,Al3+对KIO4氧化间甲酚紫(m-CP)的褪色反应具有强烈的阻抑作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量Al3+的新方法.本方法的线性范围为1~8μg/25 mL,检出限为2.32×10μg/mL,回收率为99.2%~100.8%,可用于测定面食品中的微量Al3+,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Flour products are digested in the sealed container by the microwave digestion system.A simple and sensitive inhibition kinetic spetrophotometric method for determination of trace aluminum has been developed in NH3-NH4Cl(pH=9.50) buffer solution.The method is based on the inhibiting effect of aluminum on the oxidation of m-CP by KIO4.Various surfactants have been studied as enhancing agents in the system.It was found that the cationic surfactant of Tetradecyl Pyridinium Bromide(TPB) could improve the sensit...
