| 摘 要： | 该文从人口数量发展及人口消费结构、土地生产力现状及生产潜力、建设事业发展趋势等单项预测着手，运用社会需求结构与土地需求结构的综合平衡关系，建立了以综合考虑社会效益、经济效益和生态效益的多目标规划为主体的土地需求结构预测数学模型，预测了新建县２０００年至２０２０年的土地需求结构。
