3,5-二氨基-4′-甲基-二苯基醚的合成

摘    要:以3,5-二硝基溴苯与对甲基苯酚为原料,合成出中间产物3,5-二硝基-4′-甲基-二苯基醚,再用钯/碳还原得到3,5-二氨基-4′-甲基-二苯基醚,两步反应的产率分别为81.86%和89.16%.用元素分析、IR和1H-NMR确证了其结构.

Abstract:5-(p-tolyloxy)benzene-1,3-diamine(PBDA) was synthesized by reduction of 1,3-dinitro-5-(p-tolyloxy)benzene(DNPB) with hydrazine monohydrate/Pd-C.DNPB was synthesized by employing 1bromo-3,5-dinitrobenzene and p-cresol as starting materials.Productivity ratio of two steps was separately 81.86% and 89.16%.The structure of the products were characterized by using elemental analysis,IR and 1H-NMR.
