无线光通信实验系统的研制

摘    要:该文研制了一套可以用作教学实验的无线光通信实验系统,此无线光通信系统分为前端的电信号变为光信号的调制驱动加载部分和后端的光信号变为电信号的接收部分.根据视频和音频信号传输的要求设计并制作了调制驱动电路和光接收电路,在验证半导体激光器伏安特性和功率特性的基础上,高质量地实现了视频信号和音频信号的无线传输.

Abstract:This paper researched and introduced a wireless optical communication system,which could be used for demonstration experiment.It consisted of modulation drive which made voltage signal to light signal and receiver which made light signal to voltage signal.In term of the need of video/audio signal transmission,we performed the modulation drive and receiver.And we measured the voltage-current character curve and power character curve of semiconductor laser using the modulation drive and receiver.Finally,we realize the wireless transmission of audio/ video signal.
