含2个氢化诺卜基的季铵盐化合物对油茶炭疽病真菌的抑制活性

摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了20个含氢化诺卜基的对称型双子季铵盐化合物和6个双氢化诺卜基单季铵盐化合物对油茶炭疽病真菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)的抑菌率,采用SPSS软件计算了在5个不同药液质量浓度时,26个化合物与百菌清的cIC50值与cIC90值.研究结果表明:这些含2个氢化诺卜基的季铵盐化合物对油茶炭疽病菌均有一定的抑菌活性; 在药液质量浓度为100.0 mg·L-1时,有20个化合物的抑菌率达60.00%以上,超过百菌清在质量浓度为200.0 mg·L-1时的抑菌率(59.83%),其中十亚甲基-1,10双(氢化诺卜基二甲基溴化铵)、双氢化诺卜基二甲基溴化铵、N,N-双氢化诺卜基溴化哌啶的抑菌率超过90.00%,六亚甲基-1,6-双(氢化诺卜基二甲基溴化铵)的抑菌率为87.56%,这4个化合物的cIC50值均低于百菌清的cIC50值,而cIC90值均低于90 mg·L-1.

Abstract:The mycelium growth rate method is used to determine the inhibition rate of 20 symmetrical gemini quaternary ammonium compounds containing hydrogenated norpyl and 6 monoquaternary ammonium compounds containing hydrogenated norpyl against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The cIC50 and cIC90 values of 26 compounds and chlorothalonil at 5 different drug concentrations are calculated by SPSS software.The results show that these quaternary ammonium compounds containing two hydrogenated norpyl groups have certain antibacterial activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.At the concentration of 100.0 mg·L-1,the inhibition rate of 20 compounds is more than 60%,which is higher than that of chlorothalonil at the concentration of 200.0 mg·L-1.Among them,the inhibition rate of decamethylene-1,10-bis(hydrogenated nobopic dimethyl ammonium bromide),dihydronobopic dimethyl ammonium bromide,N,N-dihydronobopic piperidine bromide is more than 90%,and the inhibition rate of hexamethylene-1,6-bis(hydrogenated nobopic dimethyl ammonium bromide)is 87.56%.The cIC50 values of the first four compounds are lower than those of chlorothalonil,and the cIC90 values are lower than 90 mg·L-1.
