摘    要:本文采用非等温热重(TG)研究了MnO_2、CuO、Cr_2O_3对CaCO_3热解的影响.TG曲线表明:在CaCO_3中分别掺入上述物质后,CaCO_3热解的起始温度升高,反应温度范围向高温方向扩展,导致CaCO_3热解更完全.本文称之为“CaCO_3热解的扩展温区效应”.

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of manganese dioxide(MnO_2),copper oxide(CuO) and chromium oxide(Cr_2O_3) on the thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate(CaCO_3)has been studied by non-isothermal TG method respectively. TG curves have shown that the addition of MnO_2(CuO or Cr_2O_3) to CaCO_3 not only causes the increase in the initial reaction temperature of thermal decomposition of CaCO_3,but also extends the reaction temperature range of that to higher temperature direction. Consequently,it results in the significant increase in the calcination rate of CaCO_3. This phenomenon is called the extended reaction temperature range effect(i. e. ERTR effect)of thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate.
