白腐菌ZJ-6的筛选及对合成染料的脱色研究

摘    要:从我国生物资源中筛选出一株白腐真菌ZJ-6,确定了其生长条件,实现了扩大培养,并研究了ZJ-6对4种难降解染料的脱色效果.试验结果表明,ZJ-6对甲基橙的脱色效率超过90%,对刚果红和次甲基蓝脱色效率达85%左右,对结晶紫的脱色效率在70%左右.白腐真菌对染料脱色的同时,自身能够繁殖生长.白腐菌ZJ-6对合成染料脱色的机理包括生物降解和菌体吸附两方面.

Abstract:ZJ-6,a species of write rot fungi,was isolated from the sample taken from woods in China.Its growing conditions and its decolorization abilities for four non-degradable dyes were tested.The results indicated that ZJ-6 can remove more than 90% of the color of Methyl Orange,about 85% of the color of Congo Red and Methylene Blue,about 70% of the color of Crystal Violet.Moreover,white rot fungi reproduced and grew while decolorizing dyes. The mechanism of decolorization of synthetic dyes by white rot fungi includes biodegradation and biosorption.
