高等院校教师业绩考核数量化方法探讨

摘    要:高校教师业绩考核是高校师资、教学管理工作的核心,建立一整套严格的考核制度和科学的考核体系,对高校教师进行职务评聘、调资、奖惩和提职恶级等有着极为重要的意义,。该文从考核数量化我度出发,就教师“德、能、勤、绩”四个方面建立了一个结构性强、可比性高的有序系统,构建一一个简便,明了、容易掌握,便于操作具有较高的透明度和较强的实用性与可行性的量化考核方案。

Abstract::Check on college teachers' achievements is the core of college teachers' and teaching adminis-trative work. To set up a series of check-up systems is of great importance for the assessment of engage-ment. adjustment of wages, rewards and punishment, and teachers' promotion. From this quantificationpoint of view, the article discusses a highly-organized and comparable system which consists of four parts:"political integrity, ability, diligence and achievement". The check-up system is well-defined, easy to operateand practical.
