摘    要:建立了顶空固相微萃取富集水中9种异味物质后进行气相色谱/质谱检测的分析方法.优化影响固相微萃取效率的各种因素和参数(萃取纤维种类、萃取方式、离子强度、萃取时间等).取10 mL水样进行分析,各种异味物质在(2 ~ 100 ng/L)范围内线性关系良好(R2为0.993 2~0.999 8),方法检出限为0.45 ~0.65 ng/L.太湖水样的加标回收率范围为73.8%~140%,RSD均小于10%.结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,所需样品量小,环境友好.

Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of nine off-flavor compounds in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with headspace solid phase micro-extraction (HS/SPME) has been developed.The parameters of HS/SPME such as extraction fiber,extraction mode,ionic strength,extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,the method had linear response within (2 ~ 100) ng/L with a correlation coefficient between 0.993 2 and 0.999 8,and the detection limits were between 0.45 ~ 0.65 ng/L.The recoveries of nine off-flavor compounds in the real water (Taihu Lake) were in the range of 73.8% ~ 140%,and the RSDs were below 10%.The method showed high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,and also it required small volume of sample,therefore it was environmental friendly.
