| 摘 要： | 屈原的“楚辞”对中唐诗人李贺有深远的影响。这同李贺与屈原有相似的人生经历和遭遇有关。李贺对屈原的“楚辞”诗歌艺术既有自觉的借鉴、传承，又有超越。这在诗歌形象，诗歌语言，修辞和结构等几个方面有充分的体现。
