| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高等教育的生命线，教学质量监控是保障教学质量的重要手段。新建本科院校由于办学条件较差，管理水平较低，加上高等教育扩招带来的影响，构建教学质量监控体系具有特别重要的意义。文章从五个方面对邵阳学院构建教学质量监控体系的探索进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality is a lifeline of higher education. Teaching quality monitoring is an important means of guaranteeing teaching quality. Because of newly-established universities＇ poor condition of school running, low management level and recruitment expansion, it is of great significance to construct teaching quality monitoring system. This paper discusses Shaoyang Universtiy＇s exploration of constructing teaching quality monitoring system from five aspects. |
