| Abstract: | Nowadays college librarians play many roles, and the roles keep changing all the time. Whether the roles are played successfully or not is important to college development as well as to librarians＇ mental and physical health. This article not only discusses the relationship between librarians＇ roles and college sustainable development, but also analyzes the sources of librarians＇ role stress and professional burnout caused by the stress, and tries to find a way to adjust it. |
