| 摘 要： | 妇女参政是社会主义政治文明建设的内在要求，而社会主义政治文明建设又为妇女参政提供了坚实的保障。对三明市政治文明进程中的妇女参政现状及问题进行分析研究，以期抓住今年换届的契机，提高妇女的参政认同，制定更具可操作性的政策法规，进一步完善培养选拔优秀妇女干部的工作机制，加强妇女参政，积极推进三明市政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | Women＇s participating in politics is the inner requirements of the construction of socialist political civilization, and the latter provides the security for the former. With the analysis of status and problems of women＇s participating in politics in political civilization and the intention to seize the opportunity of the general election this year, we try to improve the recognition of women＇s political participation, make more operational policies and regulations, further improve the working mechanism of training and selecting excellent women cadres, strengthen woman suffrage and actively promote the political civilization in Sanming City. |
